Who We Are

Soheil Baratti

Founder & Project Lead

With over $200 million in projects led over the past few years, he has built a career at the intersection of design, architecture, and construction in the world of luxury retail.

He began his professional path designing high-end retail spaces for brands like Jimmy Choo and David Yurman, later advancing his expertise within American architectural offices, contributing to projects for major names such as Tiffany & Co., Gucci, and the Apple Store.

He eventually transitioned to the client side, managing complex construction and rollout projects for leading luxury brands including Ralph Lauren, Rolex, Tudor, Prada, and Miu Miu — gaining firsthand experience inside several American and European corporate environments.

Through this international experience, he developed a deep understanding of the balance between European and American corporate expectations, regional construction standards, and brand execution requirements.

He identifies critical opportunities within each project to save costs, accelerate timelines, and optimize processes, ensuring a smoother and more efficient path from design to delivery — without ever compromising the brand’s creative vision.

He has also built a highly selective network of trusted architects, general contractors, and specialists, handpicked across the industry, enabling each project to be delivered at the highest standards of quality, reliability, and craftsmanship.
